Devon Murtagh isn't your typical accountant. Before entering accounting and financial services, Devon spent years as an entrepreneur — building businesses, making payroll, navigating tax seasons, and learning first-hand what it means to be responsible for the financial health of a company.
That experience is what makes Murtagh & Co. different. Devon brings the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and FRM (Financial Risk Manager) designations, alongside the lived understanding of what business owners actually need from their accountant. Not just accurate books. Strategic guidance. Clear answers. And someone who genuinely understands the pressure of running a business.
Devon founded Murtagh & Co. with a simple belief: that small and growing businesses in the Okanagan deserve the same quality of financial thinking that larger companies take for granted — at a price they can actually afford.
Carley Mandryk
Carley manages all bookkeeping engagements and is the person clients hear from when something needs clarification. She knows the accounts, not just the software.
Monthly reconciliations, categorization, payroll records — Carley handles them directly and flags anything that doesn't look right before it becomes a problem.
